✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • You raise a request within 3 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original condition with packaging

  • ⚠️ Customised or personalised cases are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • Share your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue(Unboxing video is mandatory)

  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps

  • 💸 Refund or Replacement
    For eligible cases, we’ll  issue a store credit coupon for the eligible ammount

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Replace (if approved) are processed within 3–7 working days

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Customised or personalised cases

  • Minor color variation (due to lighting or screen)

  • Buyer’s change of mind
