✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- You raise a request within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original condition with packaging
- ⚠️ Customised or personalised cases are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Email us at support@casecult.com or WhatsApp us HERE - Share your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue(Unboxing video is mandatory)
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps
- 💸 Refund or Replacement
For eligible cases, we’ll issue a store credit coupon for the eligible ammount - Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Replace (if approved) are processed within 3–7 working days
❌ Returns Not Accepted For:
- Customised or personalised cases
- Minor color variation (due to lighting or screen)
- Buyer’s change of mind
